Yes. We have an associated visa assistance service that will walk you through the process of obtaining your short-term visa from the US Embassy. However, we do not guarantee that your visa will be granted. That is the decision of the US embassy. Make sure to let us know as soon as possible if you will need help applying for your visa.
We understand that people and situations can change, our refund policy is as follows:
The registration fee (100.000CFA) is non-refundable.
If your trip is cancelled by Qayya Academy or your visa application to the United States is denied, your payment will be refunded minus the service fees.
No refunds will be processed if you do not show up once the trip has begun.

The down payment helps cover the costs of organizing the trip and obtaining documentation for your visa. It also lets the United States government know you are serious and genuine about your studies.
The down payment is:
– Non-refundable if you decide not to participate after August 8, 2025. Due to the nature of this trip, cancelling after August 8, 2025 could result in difficulties for the remaining participants and we may need to cover your portion of the trip to keep it going. To avoid these inconveniences for all students and chaperones, the down payment is not refunded if you cancel on your own after August 8
– Refunded if your visa application is denied (note: you must have submitted your visa application or made an attempt to apply)
– Refunded if the trip is canceled by Qayya Academy for any reason
– Refunded if you cancel before August 8, 2025
No refunds will be processed if you do not show up once the trip has begun.

The deadline to register for the next trip from September 8-23 to Howard Community College in Maryland is strictly June 30 2025 (if you do not have a valid visa), or August 1 2025 (if you have a valid visa) at 11:59 PM GMT
Classes begin on Monday, September 8, 2025, so students should arrive in Maryland in time to move in before classes start. If, for any reason, you arrive later, the program will continue as scheduled and you will integrate into the group. For each trip, we provide flight details to travel as a group, however, you are free to secure your own flight if necessary or preferred.
Students will be provided flight details to travel as a group and will only be responsible for purchasing their flight once the details are shared. If, for any reason, you may travel on your own. If that is the case, please let us know in advance so we can adjust accordingly.
Yes. Once your application is approved, you will have the option to pay the full amount when you register.
