Yes. We have an associated visa assistance service that will walk you through the process of obtaining your short-term visa from the US Embassy. However, we do not guarantee that your visa will be granted. That is the decision of the embassy. Make sure to let us know as soon as possible if you will need help applying for your visa.
We understand that people and situations can change, for this upcoming trip to New York, here is our refund policy:
The registration fee (20.000CFA) is non-refundable
If the trip is cancelled by Qayya Academy or your visa application is denied, your entire payment will be refunded minus the registration fee.
If you are denied a visa to the United States, your entire payment will be refunded minus the registration fee.
The down payment is:
– Non-refundable if you decide not to participate after May 30th. Due to the nature of this trip, cancelling after May 30th could result in difficulties for the remaining participants and we may need to cover your portion of the trip to keep it going. To avoid these inconveniences for all students and chaperones, the down payment is not refunded if you cancel on your own after May 30th.
– Refunded if your visa application is denied (note: you must have submitted your application or made an attempt to apply)
– Refunded if the trip is cancelled by Qayya Academy for any reason
– Refunded if you cancel before May 30th
No refunds will be processed if you do not show up once the trip has begun.

The deadline to register for the Summer 2024 trip to New York is strictly May 30th, 2024 at 06:00 PM GMT
Yes. If you pay in full, the registration fee will be waived.
Classes begin on Monday, May 29th 2024 so students should arrive in New York to move in on the May 28th. If, for any reason, you arrive later, the program will continue as scheduled and you will simply integrate into the group.
Students are responsible for securing flights both ways on their own. However, if you need assistance, contact us at +221 77 788 61 54.
Once you arrive, a shuttle will be available for you to get to your provided accommodations.
Yes. Once your application is approved, you will have the option to wave the registration fee and pay the full amount
